Auto-assign by default

The VLAN ID input should default to auto-assign mode, which allows the system to automatically select a VLAN ID from the available range. This removes the need for the user to manually input a VLAN ID, simplifying the process.

For products that support 802.1Q VLAN tagging, use "Inner VLAN ID" for the input label.

- Only use the Inner qualifier on the input label.
- For Layer 2, add a Source or Destination qualifier to the label, e.g.
- "Source inner VLAN ID"
- "Destination inner VLAN ID".
Q-in-Q
For products that support Q-in-Q VLAN tagging, use
- "Outer VLAN ID" for the S-Tag input label
- "Inner VLAN ID" for the C-Tag input label
